Natural Healing
Reiki is a deeply relaxing healing energy therapy which uses hands-on or hands off healing. When healing energy flows freely through us we are well and happy in a state of balance. When we have blockages in our energy or we are off balance we feel ill, stressed, run down, etc. It is important to ensure that the bodys energy is balanced as stress is a major cause of many illnesses.
Reiki treats the person as a whole, rather than treating a specific condition, getting to the root of the problem which may be unknown.
Reiki Healing - Hands On
An Ancient Science
During the Reiki healing session I will place my hands lightly on different parts of your body. I will follow a predetermined sequence of hand placements, allowing my hands to rest on each body placement for 2 to 5 minutes before moving on to the next.
Reiki Healing - Hands Off

Hands off Reiki is performed by holding the hands above the body with no physical contact. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.
Distant Reiki
Very Popular During Covid19
Distant Reiki is the same as contact Reiki, apart from the fact that you’re not coming to see me here in London in the UK. You will be wherever you are, wherever in the world that might be, and it is at least as powerful as contact Reiki.

Experience of energy and vibrations
I can add an extra energy to your Reiki treatments by placing crystals on the parts of the body I use for hand positions. Clients often enjoy holding a crystal in one or both hands during the treatment. You can choose the one(s) you are attracted to.
